I am loving Designers Guild!!! The mix of bold colors and patterns is so enticing. I wouldn't even know where to begin because I love everything and would want to experiment with a little bit of it all. The fabric's would be perfect for a reupholstering project!!! Check out the new collections!!!

Bathroom Design
I was looking for a little inspiration for a co-worker and I found these wonderful bathroom's. They are each a little different. The first i think is a courageous colorful room, and i love the mosaic detail of the second, and the third is probably my favorite! Its sooooo zen!!

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Carolina Chaves Urruzmendi
The collection above called In the Ancient Language of Trees is by Los Angeles based artist Carolina Chaves Urruzmendi. Her work is instantly captivating and unique. I love to find out the story or inspiration behind an artists work!! When I asked what her inspiration was behind this particular collection she shares while growing up in Uruguay South America she was "inspired by the mystical quality of it's fauna & flora. As a child I played in the waters of the River Yi and felt the overwhelming presence of nature all around me. The trees whispered through the breeze & I listened."
